Kansas City Jury Awards $1.3 Million to Injured Amtrak Worker

HGSS Files Country’s First Federal Wiretapping Lawsuit Against Carrier IQ and HTC

Holland Groves Schneller & Stolze has announced the filing of what is believed to be the first federal lawsuit against Carrier IQ arising from the violations of federal wiretap laws. The lawsuit, filed in the Northern District of Illinois, also names phone maker HTC.
