Eric Holland of Holland Groves Schneller & Stolze was recently appointed co-lead counsel by the Honorable Henry A. Autrey in the Emerson Electric multi-district litigation recently consolidated in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Judge Autrey ordered that Holland and fellow St. Louis attorney John Simon of the Simon Law Firm serve as interim co-lead counsel in the consumer actions consolidated in St. Louis regarding the horsepower claims of Emerson’s wet/dry vacs.
