My situation is I moved from out-of-state to Illinois. I was supposed to buy a house as is for $20000 down. And then it was supposed to be 40000 altogether. I couldn't afford that at the time, so we did a rental agreement to rent until January. Then I would bye. The house they a lady who is selling the house. He doesn't own the house. She has a mortgage and she lied to me about quite a few things, including, but not limited to the house, has no heat. No AC no hot water. There's mold growing in the basement. No basement stairs and as a landlord right now, she does not want to Fix any of it. So now she wants me to get out because she doesn't want to put money into the house. That's the basis of it.
