I am looking for legal representation for my mother who has vascular dementia and emphysema. Recently she revoked her nieces as financial POA on 5/21/2015. My mother removed her sister from her bank account and the both of us opened new checking and savings account on 6/10/2025 together. The same day her niece, despite her being notified of being revoked verbally and being presented with bank documents from the bank, my mother's funds were transferred from my mother 's and my accounts without her or my consent. My mother's account had more than five thousand in one account and more than $10,000 in another account. We have not received any assistance from the bank to recover the funds, and the case is being investigated as well.
