My oldest daughter passed away on 3-25-23 she had 4 sons that she birth and withheld full custody while living and maintaining her growing life with me the supposedly father is only on the oldest kid birth certificate the rest of the boys have no father listed but they all have the same last name as the alleged father around the time before my daughter death she was only allowed him to have supervised by his parents if he wanted to see the kids only word of mouth for a safety plan that a closed DCF case the day of my daughter last service I allowed the grandparents to keep them for the weekend plus it was easter weekend every thing was fine until I was supposed to get them back on Sunday the police and social worker said if I take the kids without his permission nobody has went and filed for guardian for the boys I've been trying but I cannot afford the lawyer to process the paperwork I feel in my heart that this is what my daughter wanted they let me visit but if I tried to keep them they threaten me with the police or worse with kidnapping then I would lose any connections with the boys the boys even call's me momma I talked to social worker and at the time it was not a high enough emergency to do anything because they didn't have the workers to help me I have more information about this case it's a lot I'm just needing help before it's to late
