MISSOURI, SAINT LOUIS. (June 17, 2022) — As a result of Holland Law Firm’s landmark victory in Ingham, et al., v. Johnson & Johnson, Inc., et al., which resulted in over a $400 million dollar payment to the State of Missouri from the punitive damages collected, over $125 million dollars has been appropriated by the State of Missouri that will directly benefit legal services for the poor in Missouri. These once-in-a-lifetime appropriations will go to various legal services providers throughout the State who provide critical legal services to underserved communities.
