For the fourth straight year, Eric D. Holland will address the attendees of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen’s (BLET) Southwest Convention.  The 2015 convention will be held in Tulsa, Oklahoma from September 13th through 17th. Previous years’ conventions have been held in Galveston, Texas, New Orleans, Louisiana and St. Louis, Missouri by the BLET, a division of the Rail Conference of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. In previous years, Mr. Holland and other nationally recognized FELA attorneys have provided extensive educational information and training to attending rail workers and their spouses.  The Southwest Convention has again tapped Mr. Holland to serve as coordinating counsel for this year’s event.

The Holland Law Firm handles FELA cases throughout the United States and its members have amassed a long list of record setting verdicts and settlements on behalf of rail workers injured, maimed and killed on the job.  The firm also regularly provides education and training to rail labor unions representing most of the operating crafts.  Eric Holland has been representing railroad workers and their families for over 20 years, having been named a “Super Lawyer” in Transportation Law and achieving the “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale for the last 10 years. He is a member of the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys (ARLA) and designated legal counsel for a national union.
